Product type water stop construction process
1. For the sticking method with reservation, in the cast-in-place concrete, it is necessary to reserve the sealing groove for placing water (the nail can be nailed in the template).
2. After the pre-molded concrete formwork is removed, the PZ-250 product type is exposed to the water expansion seal to remove the surface, so that the joint surface is water-free, clean, and free of debris.
3, the water stop embedded in the reserved slot. If you do not reserve slots, you can add full-length adhesives to the vertical seams, or use cement nails and wood strips to fix the product type waterstops; horizontal seams can be directly bonded to concrete surfaces.
4. The concrete should be poured as soon as possible after the product type waterstop is pasted.
5. During the process of installation and adhesion, the water stop should be prevented from being contaminated and affected by water so as not to affect the use effect.
