After the Electronic PCB Assembly done, and the PCBA boards tested well, then we can start the electronic assembly to fit the PCBA boards inside the product shells. For the product shell, it could be provided by customers or we can manufacture it with the design files.
If provided by customers, the customers need to provide a finished product or an assembly guide file to lead us.
If we manufacture it, the customers need to provide the design file and a finished product or an assembly guide file.
Service process:
1. Sample/Drawing
Provide your design files, IGS ,STP or DWG files are welcome.

2. Negotiation
Material, cavity, price, delivery time, payment term, etc.

3. Place order
According your own design or choice our design
↓
4. Mould design
We will communicate&Exchange the opinion with you during making drawing.

5. Tooling mould
After customer approve the mould design will start making mould
↓
6. Sample confirm
After injection mould finished, we would make some samples for approval, if not satisfied, we modify mould.

7. Plastic Parts production
After sample approved, the parts production will be started.

8. Electronic assembly/Box build
Once plastic parts and PCBA boards are ready, Electronic assembly/Box build will start shortly and the finished products will be tested well before shipping.
