The brightness is basically not reduced. This breakthrough in core technology has enabled China to have a voice in the global LED lighting application terminal market competition. It is understood that at present, the series of LED street lamp products developed by the company have obtained many certifications such as EU “CE”, US “UL” and EU environmental protection “RoHS”, and the products have entered the European and American markets.
In the process of developing the LED industry, the chip technology of LED upstream has been matured and shaped, and the LED chips with low price and good quality have been able to meet the needs of lighting. The reason is that the LED is very sensitive to temperature, the higher the junction temperature, the greater the light decay and the shorter the lifetime. The outdoor lighting needs high power, and the heat of the light source is concentrated. In the unit area, if the heat is not effectively distributed in time, the LED light effect will be rapidly attenuated. Therefore, solving the heat dissipation technology problem of high-power LED lighting has become a prerequisite and a key factor for LED lighting to realize the industrialization of outdoor products.
High-power LED lighting devices, concentrated in multi-chip packages, heat is concentrated in small-sized wafers. When a plurality of LED chips are densely arranged to form a lighting system, the heat dissipation problem is more serious. The standard is 28.5% higher. It is understood that the 100W high-power LED street lamp is equivalent to about 400W high-pressure sodium lamp (second-generation light source). Under the same brightness, the power consumption is less than 1/4 of the original, and the energy-saving efficiency is as high as 75%. The breakthrough of this heat-dissipation technology enables high-power LED lighting devices to be widely used in the renovation of street lamps, tunnel lights and garden landscape lights, with huge social benefits.
