Japanese large-scale lighting manufacturers have exhibited straight-tube LED lamps

Lighting Fair "Lighting Fair 2011" was opened on March 8th, 2011 at Tokyo International Convention and Exhibition Center (session period ended on the 11th). In many exhibitors exhibiting lighting fixtures and light sources using LEDs, there was a slight change from the previous "Lighting Fair 2009" held in 2009 and the "LED Next Stage 2010" held in 2010. This is why Japanese large-scale lighting manufacturers have exhibited straight-tube LED lamps that are designed to replace straight-tube fluorescent lamps.

These products are all in accordance with the specifications of the “Direct Tube Type LED Lamp System (General Lighting)” (JEL801:2010) with L-type Pin Lamp and GX16t-5 Lamp, which was established by the Japan Bulb Industry Association in October 2010. Before this specification was formulated, the straight tube type LED lamps were basically directly connected to the G13 lamp port used in the straight tube fluorescent lamp. The products exhibited by overseas manufacturers and Japanese small and medium manufacturers were exhibited at the exhibition, and the main lighting manufacturers in Japan were Delayed the start-up of G13's straight-through LED lamps.

Panasonic Electric Co., Ltd., which quickly began offering JEL801:2010 specifications, said at the product launch on March 8th, 2011 that the "order volume of the product greatly exceeded expectations" (Mr. Song Yinzhang, Executive Director of Panasonic Electric and Head of Lighting Business Division). . At the lighting show, in addition to Matsushita Electric Works, Toshiba Lighting Technology, Hitachi Appliances, NEC Lighting, and Mitsubishi Electric Osram, major Japanese manufacturers, also exhibited products that support the JEL801:2010 specification. In addition, ROHM and Otsuka Chamber of Commerce also publicly displayed products that support the JEL801:2010 specification in companies that are new to the LED lighting business.

Daehan Chamber of Commerce refers to the JEL801:2010 specification product on display. Like other LED lighting fixtures of the company, it is manufactured by Korea FAWOO Technology. At present, the power module that is used to make the JEL801:2010 specification product pass through the Japan Electrical Appliance Safety Law (PSE) certification is expected to be sold immediately after the PSE certification. The company is also engaged in the G13 lamp straight LED lamp business, but there are many consultations about the JEL801:2010 specification product.

In addition to supporting JEL801:2010 specifications, Mitsubishi Electric and OSRAM exhibited a new type of straight tube LED lighting system that the Japanese Bulb Industry Association is currently developing. This product uses G13 lamp, but the lamp is only used to fix the light bulb, the power supply of the bulb uses a special connector set separately.
