According to the agreement, Huarui Wind Power Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. will invest 5 million in advance to establish wind measuring towers and conduct wind resource surveys in counties and districts such as Suichang County, Li County, Xihe County, Wudu District and other suitable wind power development regions. At the same time, it will invest 495 million yuan to build a wind power plant in the grassland of Baoli Chela in Suichang County. The annual power generation will be about 100 million kWh.
