1. Since the heat output of the LED is so high that it can affect the heat dissipation, the temperature can be seen in general. What kind of material can withstand tens of thousands of hours of hot baking on the LED light source sealant? Of course, even with such high-quality materials, high prices can be daunting.

2. On the issue of life, it is actually very simple. The heat emitted by the LED chip will affect the life of the LED light source itself, resulting in light failure; in addition, it will also affect the life of the LED lamp aluminum plate.

3. It is because of the heat generated by the LED lamp that heat is needed. Compared to lightweight plastics, the thermal conductivity of metal is much better, but it is also much heavier and of course much more expensive.

Followed by the problem of light perception. Why do we still feel blurred vision under high-brightness LED Lights? The specific reasons are as follows:

1. Our eyes have adapted to natural light for a long time, and almost all LED lighting products today are monochromatic light. Relative to our eyes, whether it is warm or white, monochromatic light can not restore the color of the object itself.

2. The monochromatic light produced by the LED light is not far, although the lumen is relatively large. Therefore, we have such a feeling in the LED light that it is particularly dazzling from the light; it is far from the light and feels that the brightness is not enough; in contrast, the warm color effect is slightly better.

Using high-power light sources can reduce the heat production of LEDs

When the 3528 light source was born, the status of the 5050 light source began to shake. Many friends earlier rejected 3528 light sources. The reason is that the application area of ​​3528 is relatively narrow, and it is not as easy to sell 5050. Nowadays, those friends who have complained about the 3528 light source have earned a pot of gold at an appropriate time. More than 70% of indoor lighting products are now used 3528 light source. Although actually using a 3528 light source can save costs, it also brings some technical problems.

In general terms, a 1W light source produces about 3000 Joules of heat an hour; two 0.5W light sources produce about 3500 Joules of heat an hour. Therefore, the energy efficiency of the latter is relatively low. Taking a 5W bulb lamp as an example, if a single 1W light source is used, the pure light source produces about 15K joules in one hour; and with a 0.5W light source, the light source produces about 16.5K joules in one hour. .

It is inferred that the same power, the use of 3528 light source than the 5050 light source to produce more heat, which is normal under the same power of the lamp, high power light source than the low power light source light rate. At the same time, under the premise of the same light source power, with the increase of the number of light sources, the heat output of the aluminum substrate will also increase accordingly.

As we all know, there is an absolute relationship between the heat output of the light source and the chip. Then, when controlling the heat output of lamps, in addition to considering the use of high quality chip packaged light sources, we must also consider the number of lamp beads as much as possible. Nowadays, in order to cater to the market, many manufacturers have to use low-power light sources to control costs to increase their market competitiveness. Of course, high-power light sources do not have advantages in terms of heat dissipation compared to low power, but with the weak light of high-power light sources, this weak point is gradually being solved and prices are falling, and there should be a good performance in the market application in the later period.

Light perception problems can be dealt with using light sources or shades

With regard to the problem of low color rendering index caused by LED monochromatic light, many companies have already started to develop a variety of lamps with a mix of color temperatures. Of course, this effect may still cause light non-uniformity, which puts new requirements on the lampshade and the lens. For example, a high-transmittance frosted lens is a very good opaque shade.
