[Qualcomm was sued by US law firm: Qualcomm violated US securities laws to undermine Broadcom transactions] US law firm Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC announced today that it has filed suit against Qualcomm and its specific executives on behalf of Qualcomm stock investors .
Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC said that investors who have purchased Qualcomm stocks between January 31 and March 12, 2018 have filed a class action lawsuit against Qualcomm, saying that Qualcomm violated US securities laws and demanded compensation from investors.
The indictment alleges that Qualcomm made a false or misleading statement during the above period and failed to disclose its secret disclosure of Broadcom's acquisition of Qualcomm's transaction unilateral to the US Foreign Investment Committee (CFIUS) in an attempt to block the potential transaction.
