According to reports, Ezhou Vocational University has no outstanding advantages in teaching LED technology. Shi Guangdian stated that choosing to cooperate with him mainly focused on the school’s mature technology accumulation in power supply, controller and other related links. Prior to this cooperation, Shenzhen Light has established an LED lab at the school and is dedicated to the research and development of LED lighting related technologies.

“With a dedicated LED professional, companies no longer have to nurture graduates from scratch and the cost is greatly reduced. Enterprises must achieve a leap in output value without the support of technical forces. Only by having a continuous supply of talent can we ensure the future of the enterprise. Continue to grow and grow," Shi Guangdian said. According to him, the establishment of the training base is only the first step in the cooperation between Shenzhen University and Ezhou Vocational University. Shen Wright will eventually build a manufacturing base with Hubei University in the local area to realize the local transformation of talents and technological achievements.

In addition, people in the industry also pointed out that in the limited amount of talent, some capable technical talents gathered in large companies, leading to a "brain shortage" for SMEs. “Companies are short of people. Most companies go to dig people in the absence of people. This not only results in no fresh blood injection, but also forms a vicious cycle.” Shi Wendian said that many of the technology's seedlings are still in “half barrels of water”. In an environment without technology accumulation, their potential for further growth has been greatly reduced, and the overall rate of technical talents in the industry has also been reduced.

Naturally, the 100 professionals trained by the LED professional of Ezhou Vocational University in the future must first meet the needs of Shenzhen Wright, but it does not stop there. Dongguan costs 1/3 but can enjoy the same business services

At present, Shenzhen Shen Wright's operating headquarters and manufacturing links are located in Shenzhen, and in May this year, the company's operating headquarters will be relocated to Dongguan, Dongguan Tianan Digital City site selection, manufacturing links remain in Shenzhen. “The first batch of personnel will be relocated to Dongguan in February,” said Shen Haifeng’s chairman Feng Haitao.
