The road variable information board is an intelligent transportation system that can provide various traffic information, such as accidents, road closures, construction delays, speed limits, and other related traffic information. The communication interface of the CMS can be a serial port or Ethernet. If all CMSs are integrated into a huge transportation network by wire, and installation and maintenance are required, it requires a lot of cost and time consumption.
