Intelligent lighting control system based on Lite-Puter

Building intelligence has become the mainstream technology in today's building development. However, for a long time, lighting systems have not received much attention in China due to technical and equipment reasons. Most buildings still use traditional lighting control methods. The real intelligent lighting management system not only controls the lighting time and brightness of the lighting source to match the lighting scenes of different applications, but also needs to consider the requirements of intelligent management, flexible adaptation to future lighting layout, and control mode changes.

An excellent intelligent lighting system enhances the quality of the lighting environment and ensures the comfort and health of working and living groups in the building. In recent years, the intelligent lighting control system based on Lite-Puter has been widely used in exhibition halls and office places. The superiority of intelligent, energy-saving and humanized control design reflects the necessity of modern technology in intelligent lighting applications.

1 A large exhibition hall lighting case

Example: A large exhibition hall consists of an anteroom, an exhibition hall and a press room. The front hall lighting adopts T5 fluorescent lamp, the exhibition hall lighting adopts metal halide lamp and gas discharge lamp, and the press room lighting consists of the downlight of the podium, the ceiling lamp trough of the audience seat, the metal halide lamp, the facade spotlight and the pillar wall lamp strip.

The lighting requirements of the press room: (1) the full-light mode is the meeting entrance and the meeting lighting; (2) in the projection mode, the audience illumination of the metal halide lamp and the facade spotlight is set to 30%; (3) the meeting The mode is mainly to highlight the image of the speaker. The brightness of the chairman's downlight is 100%, and the light-transmitting light is properly turned on, so as not to affect the speaker's feeling. The audience is mainly equipped with a downlight of 80% brightness, which is convenient for the participants to record. (4) Rest mode All face lights are fully open.

Lighting requirements for the front hall and exhibition hall: (1) Full light mode for meeting admission and meeting lighting; (2) Energy saving mode for brightness adjustment of the front part of the front hall when the front hall rest mode; (3) Exhibition mode, according to the size of the exhibition The size of the rented venue lights up the gallery lighting.

All mode scene changes are realized through the Lite-Puter intelligent lighting module and the eight-button control panel and touch screen.

2 Lite-Puter control principle

The area, scene mode, loop characteristics and timing adjustment to be realized in the field are programmed into the processor through the computer, and the DMX signal port of the processor is connected to the switch module and the dimming module.

The network communication of the Lite-Puter intelligent lighting system takes two buses, one of which is connected to the scene call panel and the touch screen panel through the RS485 interface, the panel ECP-106 (scene call panel) and ECP-T03 (as the scene memory setting) It can be used as the control of the ambient light. As the on-site operation control panel, the corresponding loop can be triggered from the DMX bus port through the scene controller on the trigger panel through the central processor. You can also use the computer to call the scene on the map control to achieve perfection. Control effect.

The other bus passes through the control module DMX and the data exchange takes place via the central control unit DP-E450. The central control unit can be set in the control center, the DMX bus is connected to the dimming cabinet of the exhibition hall, and then extended to the dimming cabinet of the exhibition hall No. 2 through the DMX bus, and so on to the last dimming cabinet in the front hall. This network is characterized by the isolation of the input section and the output control. The system can also be networked with fire-fighting, security and other BAS and BMS systems through protocols such as RS232, TCP/IP, RS485, etc., to achieve mutual automatic control, to achieve system expansion and compatibility with Lite-Puter communication, and improve the overall management level.
