Hamilton said he wants to "retain the slim shape of Nike's second-generation FuelBand wristband and integrate the familiar iOS 7 UI components." The front of the watch is a curved touch screen with the Home button on the left and two volume buttons on the right.

For the lock screen, Hamilton designed a simple black and white interface to display the time, date and buttons that activate Siri. Users can do the following: tap to open Siri, swipe to unlock, or pull down to view notifications.

There are four vertically arranged application icons on the display, and a page controller on the right side, which can be switched between application pages by sliding up and down, and pressing the home button to return to the lock screen view.

Hamilton also designed a health and fitness app with several sleep and activity tracking features.
