Electric thermostat blast drying oven
The nine operating sequences are not reversed!
1. Electric thermostat blast drying oven
A control switch should be installed in the power supply line for this unit, and use a wire that is twice as thick as the grounding wire to ensure safety.
2. Electric thermostat blast drying oven
Place the unit indoors in a dry and level area without any other fixtures nearby to maintain stability and performance.
3. After everything is ready, place the sample inside, close the door, insert a thermometer into the top exhaust valve, and open the exhaust valve at the same time. Then connect the power supply and begin the operation.
4. Electric thermostat blast drying oven
Before powering on, check the electrical appliance's performance and make sure there are no short circuits or leakage issues.
5. Connect the power supply of the electric heating blast drying oven. Turn on the power switch and set the temperature controller to the desired temperature. When the green light turns on and the red light turns off, the internal temperature will start to rise.
6. Electric thermostat blast drying oven
Once the temperature stabilizes, you can turn off the heating switch and keep only one set running to prevent excessive power consumption and temperature fluctuations.
7. Electric thermostat blast drying oven
When the temperature reaches the set point, the power will automatically cut off, and when it drops below the set value, the system will reheat. This cycle helps maintain a stable temperature. If the temperature continues to rise slightly during constant temperature, it’s due to residual heat, which will stabilize after about 30 minutes. For digital controllers like XMTD-2301, you may need to adjust the fine-tuning knob to reduce any deviation between the set and displayed values. If the thermometer reading is off, adjust the setting accordingly to correct it.
8. Use electric heating constant temperature blast drying oven – Note:
1. This box is not explosion-proof. Do not place volatile substances inside to avoid risks of fire or explosion.
2. The average load capacity of the sample shelf is 10kg. Avoid overloading or placing items directly on the heat-dissipating plate, as it may affect air circulation and performance.
1. Install a knife switch in the power line and ensure proper grounding for safety.
2. Place the unit in a dry, indoor, and level location.
3. Close the box with the knife switch. Once powered on, select the required temperature on the controller. Set the scale correctly, turn on the constant temperature and heating switches, and ensure the green light is on while the red light is off. At this point, the furnace wire will energize, and the internal temperature will begin to rise. You can also activate the blower to assist in air circulation.
4. Before turning on the power, check the insulation resistance (should be ≥0.5MΩ) and ensure there are no short circuits or open circuits in the circuit.
5. When the temperature stabilizes, turn off the heating switch and keep only one set of heating elements active to avoid unnecessary power consumption and interference with the constant temperature process.
6. After 30 minutes, observe whether the thermometer reading matches the controller display. If so, the drying oven has entered normal working mode.
7. During initial heating, the internal temperature may rise gradually due to thermal inertia. To prevent overheating, it's recommended to set the initial temperature to around 80% of the target value. After a few cycles, adjust to the desired temperature to minimize overshoot (usually within 10°C).
8. If the oven is used continuously, follow the test requirements to turn off the motor periodically, which helps extend its lifespan.
9. To observe the sample, use the double high-temperature resistant glass instead of opening the door. Frequent opening may disrupt the constant temperature environment. Also, avoid opening the door when the oven is at high temperatures to prevent the glass from cracking due to sudden cooling.
10. Keep the interior clean at all times to maintain optimal performance.
11. Continuous operation should not exceed 12 hours.
