If the thermometer shows an incorrect temperature, you can manually adjust the controller settings to correct it.

1. This oven is not explosion-proof. Do not place volatile substances inside, as they may cause explosions or fires.

2. The average load capacity of the sample shelf is 10kg. Avoid overloading or placing items directly on the heat-dissipating plate, as this may affect hot air circulation.

1. Install a knife switch in the power line and ensure the oven is properly grounded.

2. Place the oven in a dry and flat indoor location.

3. Close the oven door and turn on the knife switch. Set the temperature controller to the required temperature. Once the green light is on and the red light is off, the internal heating starts. You can also turn on the blower for better air circulation. As the temperature rises, the display will show the measured temperature. When the set value is reached, the red light turns on, and the heating stops. The temperature gradually decreases, and when it falls below the set point, the system automatically restarts to maintain stability.

4. Before turning on the power, check the insulation resistance (it should be ≥0.5MΩ) and ensure the circuit is free from short circuits or open connections.

5. When the temperature stabilizes, you can turn off one set of heating elements to maintain a more stable temperature and reduce the impact of high power consumption on the system.

6. After running for half an hour, check if the thermometer reading matches the controller's display. If so, the oven is now in normal working condition.

7. During initial heating, the temperature may rise quickly due to thermal inertia. To prevent overheating during startup, it’s recommended to set the temperature to around 80% of the desired value initially. After a few cycles, adjust it to the final setting. This helps avoid large temperature spikes, especially for values up to 100°C, where the overshoot typically doesn’t exceed 10°C.

8. If the oven is used continuously, make sure to close the motor according to the test requirements to prolong its lifespan.

9. To observe the samples, use the double high-temperature resistant glass instead of opening the door frequently. Opening the door at high temperatures may cause the glass to crack due to sudden cooling.

10. Keep the oven clean at all times to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

11. Continuous operation should not exceed 12 hours.
