XLamp® ML-E LED is an illumination-grade LED that can be used in the half-watt LED market, providing lighting designers with a compact and affordable distributed LED array solution that meets the US Environmental Protection Agency's ENERGY STAR strict Performance standards are required. The XLamp ML-E provides illumination-grade performance for applications requiring even soft tones, with a cool white (5000K) luminous flux of up to 58 lm at 150 mA drive current and a warm white (3000K) luminous flux of up to 48 lm for tight control The uniformity of chromaticity space and the illumination angle of view of 120 degrees can meet the lighting requirements of LED fluorescent tube replacement, ceiling light and cabinet light.

The CXA20 LEDs are available in a single, uniform optical system, 22 mm x 22 mm compact package, and can be fixed with just two screws, helping customers who need a single device in their light source design to simplify the manufacturing process. When used in traditional downlight applications, the CXA20 is 38% brighter than a 26W compact fluorescent (CFL) or 100W incandescent bulb and has an input power of only 14W. The CXA Series LED arrays are ideal for lighting manufacturers looking to achieve Cree's lighting-grade performance while simplifying indoor LED lighting design and manufacturing.
