CES Asia (Asia International Consumer Electronics Show) will be opened in Shanghai from June 7th to September 9th.

This exhibition was born out of the 50-year-old CES in Las Vegas, USA. This year was the third year it landed in Shanghai, China. In the past three years, its scale has been increasing. So far, this is a consumer electronics industry event that focuses most on the Asia-Pacific market.

CES Asia will open the Shanghai New International Expo Center with a total area of nearly 45,000 square meters. According to the data provided by the organizing committee, more than 400 well-known companies have confirmed to participate in the exhibition, attracting more than 80 More than 30,000 participants from countries and regions gathered together.

The exhibition showcased 19 products including virtual reality devices, drones, wearable devices, and smart home devices. Huawei, Samsung, Dajiang and other familiar technology companies will join it.

Like CES in Las Vegas, CES Asia will also have many technical demonstrations on autopilot. Baidu, Continental, Hyundai Motor, NavInfo, NEVS, Volvo, and other automotive technology giants will focus on demonstrating the cross-border integration of the automotive and technology industries.

Before the start of the conference, we first drew a glimpse of what CES Asia has to say.

Aspect 1: Huawei's new notebook

Huawei started cross-border smashing into the notebook industry from last year, which triggered widespread concern in the industry. Do you think that Huawei is just trying out the water? It is not. This time, its three new products have become more like laptops than the first generation. At the end of last month, Huawei launched three new notebooks in low profile in Germany: MateBook X, E, and D.

At 9:30 AM on June 7, the three products will be officially unveiled at CES Asia. Huawei's MateBook E continues the first-generation MateBook's PC tablet combo design. The MateBook X and MateBook D use a metalized body design, X is the ultimate light weight, and D is the flagship business. At that time, the sales of these three products in the country will also be announced, and it is worth looking forward to.

Aspect Two: Self-driving cars

In the recent years, car manufacturers have focused on CES in the United States. At this year's CES, car manufacturers have occupied a whole stadium. CES Asia is no exception, automotive technology will continue to shine. This year's CES ASIA exhibition hall N3 is a garage, has been identified car manufacturers have Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Hyundai, Honda, Volvo, BYD and so on.

Baidu’s mysterious “Apollo Project” will also be displayed during this period. There will also be a trial ride of Baidu’s unmanned vehicle; the Mercedes-Benz Fit & Healthy Smart Health Concept and the Mercedes-AMG GT Four Doors. The concept coupe will also be heavily unveiled; BMW will also demonstrate its innovation in key areas such as automation, interconnection, electrification, and sharing/service through an innovation day.

The cool concept car and the most advanced autopilot technology will all be unveiled at this exhibition, and it can be foreseen that automotive technology is still robbing the show this time.

Aspect 3: Artificial Intelligence

In the second quarter of the Google Go-to-Game War that just ended last month, artificial intelligence was again pushed back. Artificial intelligence can not only be used to play Go, but it can also be used in other scenarios.

Artificial intelligence is not a specific technology, it is a very broad subject, including speech recognition, big data analysis, computer vision and so on. If you land on a specific product, during this CES ASIA, you will see a variety of robot products. Such as Roobo robots, Segway self-parking robots and so on.

Aspect Four: Wearable Devices

June 8 was a very interesting show on the second day of the CES ASIA, presented by the Living in Digital Times company. There will be the latest wearable technology, as well as new fabrics, chips, wearable payment system display.

VR/AR is also actually a wearable device. They are also frequent visitors to major technology exhibitions. The popularity of booths with VR equipment experience is not too bad. HTC, Samsung, Pico and other manufacturers will have their own VR product display.

Of course, in addition to the four highlights mentioned above, traditional TV manufacturers such as Haier and TCL will also use this exhibition to showcase their own smart TV products. As one of the foremost trends in the technology industry, every CES show is a visual feast for technology. Although the CES ASIA is just in its third year, the black technology at the show is still worth the wait.
