最后我们应该做好这样的准备，教育的准备、创新机制的准备，我们要重新定义聪明也很重要，如果我们的聪明是昨天的定义这样的聪明，我告诉你，机器会彻底把你全部颠覆掉，人类会越来越沮丧，这个沮丧，就像一个围棋Alpha Go把人类围棋下败，我认为都不值得沮丧的事情，搞得那么多人沮丧，那么这个沮丧才刚刚开始。

人类在智慧上面，我个人觉得智慧是靠体验，知识是可以学来的，智慧一定是体验，我说教和育不一样，学和习不一样，学可以获取知识，习可以让你得到智慧，人只有通过被电刺过以后才知道这个电还是很厉害的。什么叫做聪明和智慧，聪明的人知道自己要什么，智慧的人知道自己不要什么，这个世界有太多的聪明人，我们在座绝大部分人问一下，你要什么，你肯定说我要钱，我要房子，我要什么，你都能说出来，但是不要什么，你五分钟之内答不清楚不要什么，这是人类智慧的差异，我们人类一定要明白，什么事情是人类做到，机器做不到，什么事情是机器做到，想明白这些东西，面向未来，才有可能，人类没有必要害怕机器，机器是不可能取代人类的，说一百年以内，刚才有一条，西方杂志讲，现在开始的一百年，机器将比人聪明，我告诉大家，人类还是太乐观，机器现在已经比我们聪明，只是你不肯承认这一点而已。

我们要的是，不要再重现红旗法案这样的事情，在任何会议上我都会呼吁，一个社会的进步不能出现红旗法案，什么叫做红旗法案，一八六几年的时候，英国最早发明汽车，汽车出来的时候，首先去砸汽车的全是马车夫，因为那时候的马车夫是白领工作，那时候的马车夫是社会的中等收入人群，他们觉得汽车出来，把我的活给砸掉了，首先去自，并且议会政府去抗议，把这个东西关了。最后政府出了一道红旗法案，每一辆车必须有三个人，有一个人在五十米以前拿一个红旗，汽车永远速度不能超过马车，前面要有一个人引道的，如果汽车的速度超过了马车，汽车的牌照将会吊销，这三十年的红旗法案，完全阻碍了整个英国汽车工业的发展，德国追了上来，法国追上来，美国发现不错以后，美国迅速把自己变成了一个车轮上的国家，美国既然是车轮上的国家，又把握另外一个，以石油为主的大的一次技术革命。

如果今天的中国已经是一个互联网上的国家，七八亿人口在上面，我们如果出一个法案，每个人说我们要帮助互联网，但是我们没有把握互联网特性，没有把握住这些东西，很有可能自觉不自觉的出很多红旗法案。而且这样的东西，会越来越多，人类要有足够的自信，有一点是肯定的，我们人类拥有信仰，机器永远不可能有信仰，而人类失去信仰的时候，人类就不会创新，人类就没有担当，如果失去信仰以后，你一定比不过机器。所以我自己觉得，我们对文化的自信、信仰的自信只要存在，这个世界还是会很有机会的。

所以最后一句，机器不应该成为人的对手，机器和人只有合作在一起，才能解决未来，就像竞争对手一样，我们不应该联合对抗，我们应该联合起来对抗人类未来共同的问题，共同的麻烦，只有这样，竞争只是乐趣，商场如战场，商场是你杀了他，不等于你能活好，如果天天打对手，你就变成一个职业杀手，你永远做不了一个好人。我觉得我们这个国家科技各方面的发展一样，面对未来、面对我们的孩子、面对我们共同的挑战，去解决这些问题，才有可能，并且以不同的角度、深度和广度对问题的看法，我们才有机会，谢谢大家。
