China's Electric Power Industry Information Development Overview

In recent years, with the progress of power system reform, various power group companies have first adopted a series of important measures in effective management, of which information construction is an important component.

China's power informatization started in the 1960s. It was mainly used for calculation of power systems and automatic monitoring and monitoring of power plants and substations. From the mid-1980s to the end of the 20th century, information technology began to enter various application areas of the power system, and further extended from the control layer, operation layer, and management layer to the decision-making level. Power companies at various levels have established various information systems one after another. , such as: production management systems, equipment management systems, fuel management systems, electricity markets and marketing systems. However, the information system established in this way covers all aspects of information, but also forms an isolated island of information, which sets certain obstacles for the further establishment of data warehouses and other more in-depth applications.

For this reason, after 2005, the five major power generation groups and the two major power grid companies have issued plans to promote the informatization and integration work within the Group, and the informationization of the power industry in China has thus achieved tremendous development. In 2009, the national electric power industry informationization market reached 15.39 billion yuan, and the average annual growth rate of the industry in 2006-2009 reached 20.71%. It is worth mentioning that in the various plans, the State Grid Corporation of China “SG186” informatization project and the “Strong Smart Grid” construction plan have extremely significant and far-reaching implications on the informatization construction of China's power industry. At present, the "SG186" informatization project is already in the middle and late stage of implementation. The specific content of the "Strong Smart Grid" construction plan has been further improved and will be implemented in 2010. The electric power information industry has great potential for development.

According to relevant statistics of the industry and the various planning policies to be implemented, the statistics and forecast of the market size of China's power industry in 2006-2012 are as follows:

From the supply chain perspective, according to the main line of product production, transportation, supply and sales, the power industry can be roughly divided into power generation, transmission, transformation, distribution and electricity use. The five links, supplemented by power dispatching and communications management, constitute China's overall power industry information system. The investment in informationization construction in each link and field in 2006-2009 is as follows:

According to the "State Grid Intelligent Planning Report (Revised Draft)" (Smart Metering [2010] No. 9), during the construction of a strong smart grid, the State Grid Corporation of China will continue to increase its investment in the five major areas and two major areas. During the planning period, the ratio of intellectualized construction investment in the five major links and the two major areas and the total information investment in the phase is as follows:

In general, the informationization of the power industry is a long-term trend in the development of China's power industry. It is one of the important means to improve the current status of China's power system operation and adapt to the "saving and harmonious" energy utilization strategy. With the introduction and implementation of various national planning policies, the informatization of the power industry will also achieve tremendous development.

Enviromental Conditions

 

1.Rated Voltage 0.6/1kV PVC Insulation Power Cable :

The long-term working temperature of cable conductor should be not more than 70°C.

While short-circuit the highest working temperature of cable conductor should be not more than 160°C(5 seconds maximum duration);

The minimum bending radius for laying cable(D is diameter):single core unarmoured cable should be 20D,multi-core unarmoured cable should be 15D,single core armoured cable should be 15D,multi-core armoured cable should be 12D;

The environment temperature for laying cable should be not less than 0°C.

 

2. Rated Voltage 0.6/1kV XLPE Insulation Power Cable / Rated Voltage 3.6/6~26/35kV XLPE Insulation Power Cable :

The long-term working temperature of cable conductor should be not more than 90°C.

While short-circuit the highest working temperature of cable conductor should be not more than 250°C(5 seconds maximum duration);

 

3. Rated Voltage 0.6/1kV and Frequency Inverter Control System Power Cable:

Designed with fully symmetric space structure, cable has excellent electromagnetic compatibility;

Low and uniform positive sequence and zero-sequence impedances have greatly improved power quality compared with ordinary four-core cable;

 

The environment temperature for laying cable; PVC and XLPE insulation is 0°C;

The maximum working temperature of cable; PVC insulation is 70°C,XLPE insulation is 90°C;

Low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable: PH value of burning gas ≥4.3,conductivity≤10us/mm, minimum light transmittance shall not be less than 60% while product burning;

The minimum bending radius for laying cable is 12D (D is diameter).

2.Standard: IEC60502, BS7870, GB/T12706

 

3.Max. working temperature: 90 Â°C , can be 105 Â°C ,110 Â°C and 125 Â°C as per requirement

6.Sheath: LSZH

 

7. Cross section area: 1.5~630mm2
