At present, the silica gel used by many energy-saving lamp manufacturers needs to be dried naturally for 24 hours, and there is a problem of lamp tube falling off; some enterprises also adopt the drying method, but because the heating method does not match the performance of the silica gel, the bonding quality is still not ideal. Compared with this, the fast curing system of the solder has three outstanding features: - the curing time is short - 5 minutes complete curing, saving the drying time; the second is the high curing quality - can completely solve the problem of lamp tube falling off; Third, the labor efficiency is high - two people operate, the maximum speed is 1800 per hour. Special soldering mud has been produced by domestic manufacturers. It is a replacement product of silica gel, which meets environmental protection requirements and has no pollution to the environment. Due to the thermal expansion and contraction coefficient close to glass and plastic, coupled with the unique honeycomb structure of the welding mud, the curing quality of the energy-saving lamp has reached a new level, and the overall quality level of the energy-saving lamp has also been improved.
