1. Aluminum frame


Appearance structure, and main structure of LED heat dissipation: generally use AL6063, aluminum extrusion die, low initial cost input, beautiful surface treatment, good heat dissipation effect, and some manufacturers start to make die-casting frame, so the IP rating can be higher, and the sealing light is better. The overall appearance is beautiful, but the cost of the initial investment in the mold is higher.


2, diffusion plate


The light of the light guide plate is evenly dispersed, and the function of blocking the dots is also played. The diffuser board generally uses Acrylic 2.0 sheet or PC material. Acrylic has lower cost and light transmittance higher than PC. Acrylic brittle anti-aging performance is weak, PC price is slightly expensive, but anti-aging performance is strong. The diffuser plate cannot see the dots after being mounted, and the light transmittance is about 90%. Acrylic light transmittance is 92%, PC is 88%. You can choose the diffuser material according to your needs, generally use acrylic materials.


3, light guide plate


The side LED light is diffracted through the dot refraction to change the angle of the light. The light guide plate is the heart of the flat light. The design of the dot is very important. The design of the dot is not good. The overall light effect is very poor. Generally, it will appear (1) bright in the middle and dark on both sides; (2) bright edges on the light side. The middle is dark; (3) standing at different angles, the overall brightness is inconsistent; (4) the local dark area is obvious.


The light effect of the light guide plate is very large in the design of the outlet, followed by the selection of the plate, but it is not right to pursue the brand of the brand. Because many brand manufacturers like Mitsubishi of Japan, most of the good plates are People order well, many Mitsubishi plates out of the market are mostly scraps, and their light transmittance is not as high as that of their own plates, so the choice of plates does not have to look at the manufacturers of the plates, as long as the test transmittance is high, the light effect is OK. In fact, it will be fine.


4, reflective paper


Reflecting the residual light on the back of the light guide. Usually RW250.


5, the rear cover


The sealed lamp body is generally Al aluminum, which has a strong overall texture and can provide a little heat dissipation.


6, LED light source


Generally used 3528, some people use 5630 and 5050, 5630 and 5050 are not efficient and the design of the dot is difficult, the versatility is poor, but the cost is low. The 3528 high-efficiency network has high versatility. Generally, you can directly buy other light guides and do not need to re-sample the design.


7, the drive power


There are two kinds of power supply modes for lamp driver: (1) Direct use of cross current power supply, this mode has high efficiency, PF value is up to 0.95, cost-effective; (2) Constant pressure with cross-flow mode, stable performance, but low efficiency, high cost, generally The use of this mode is designed for customers who require certification, because the luminaire is a low-voltage luminaire with 24V input, no need to make safety regulations, and can be shipped to various countries by directly using a safety power supply.


Problems to be aware of in the design and production process


1. The thinner the heat conductive adhesive, the better . It is better to use the self-adhesive thermal adhesive, otherwise it will affect the thermal conductivity.


2, the choice of diffusing plate , many flat-panel lamps on the market now generally choose the diffusing plate with smooth surface and matte surface, this diffusing plate has a disadvantage, the static is large, easy to suck in the production process to produce bright spots, and In the long-term use, dust will enter the lamp body through various ways, which will cause the lamps to be densely colored. In the early days, some people used a diffused plate with double-sided diffusion. This diffusing plate has good light guiding effect and low static electricity, which can avoid the bright spot effect of dust entering the lamp body, but the diffusing plate has a low light transmittance of only 85-88%. Whether you choose this depends on the meaning of your own design.


3, LED selection , try to use high-efficiency lamps, because the side-emitting panel lights have limitations in heat dissipation and luminous flux output, power dissipation will have an impact, and low light efficiency.


4. When entering the glossy surface, do not stick glue when sticking the reflective paper . The glue will absorb light, and it is easy to appear on the light surface to produce bright edges. However, a large area of ​​the light guide plate needs to be glued a little, otherwise there will be a shadow strip because the reflective paper is not This is the case when it is tight and loose and warped in the lamp body.
