Taiwan traffic lights have all switched to LEDs within three years

The Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan (MOEA) budgeted NT$2.29 billion (US$7 million) in 2008, and replaced all traffic lights in its counties and cities with LED lights in the next three years.
