In order to solve this problem, from 2007, Yangda Physics Institute has drawn 10 research personnel to form a research and development team, and cooperated with Huaxia Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., which produces LED chips, to redesign the structure of traditional chips. We optimize the design of the chip electrode structure to make the current distribution more uniform to improve the life."

Zeng Xianghua revealed that the first batch of new chip samples have been successfully trial-produced and won three national patents. After 1000 hours of continuous electrification testing, the researchers will also improve the details, the new chip's stable service life can be increased to more than 50,000 hours. It is reported that the new chip will be greatly reduced by the independent research and development of China, and can be used to replace imported chips.
