Lobby
The design of the public space in the lobby of the Presidential Building is a challenge for designers. The client asks to create a magnificent and luxurious place, and to integrate local customs and landscapes.
In the design process, the designers found that the traditional regional style can meet the design requirements in terms of aesthetics, but it is often lacking in creating grandeur or grandeur, and this is one of the necessary conditions for a luxurious presidential building. . Therefore, the ultimate goal of the designer is to blend the traditional style elements with the trendy modern decorative materials and the striking neo-classical "diversification" of the mix.
The reception hall (also known as the "Lobby") is a towering three-story atrium. The main wall facing the entrance is visually "magnificent"; the whole style is also "neoclassical", and the neoclassical also includes China and Europe. The elements of the façade's graphic blue glass shape, and the high-profile marble terracotta become the focus of vision. The traditional pattern in the shape of "meter" is decorated with polished copper tubes and appears repeatedly on the decorative façade. Italian beige marble and Southeast Asian cloud sandalwood floors give a warm and comfortable feel. A deep maroon wood panel with a wall and a large fabric sofa are like a luxurious family living room.
First floor atrium
The atrium with three layers and glass ceiling is the central axis of the whole building, and it is the extension and expansion of the reception hall. It still carries the characteristics of “Chinese and Western†in style, but it is more choice than the reception hall. Some atmosphere-rich materials, including translucent Italian agate stone and sliced ​​thin marble lamps. The atrium's pool integrates architectural space, lighting design and greening plants. The small drop of water falls through the tall flower beds, and the water is bright and clear through the hidden LGD strips. The dark black Panamanian granite will set off a few red swimming squid with a quiet atmosphere.
Health and recreation center
The design of the swimming pool is based on the theme of “pleasing waterâ€, including the outdoor water and the lake surface, the mosaic of the water wave theme on the wall, especially the ceiling part, through the V-shaped drop-level shape through the processing of the light belt To make the whole space dynamic. In the pool plan, the designer suggested that the glass curtain wall on the lake surface should use the whole transparent glass as much as possible, and there should be no horizontal division, which makes the VIP feel natural when it is in the pool.
